Bid Set

One complete set of construction drawings, excluding lateral engineering, notes and detail pages and is stamped ‘Not for Construction’. Can be used for accurate bidding, loan appraisals, etc. The application of building permits or the actual construction of the home is prohibited. The purchase amount of a Bid Set can be applied to the purchase of a 5-set plus construction package of the same plan, if ordered within 6 months of original bidding set purchase.

5-Set Construction Package

Includes five full-size sets and one half-size set of complete working drawings including: exterior elevations, floor plans, foundation, framing plan(s) and cross sections. Package also includes one copy of necessary beam calculations*. Valid for construction of a single structure only.

PDF Set (emailed)

Reproducible Vellum

1-year Limited Use License

One set of complete working drawings in PDF format or on vellum including: exterior elevations, floor plans, foundation, framing plan(s) and cross sections. Package also includes one copy of necessary beam calculations*. Valid for unlimited use by licensee for one year from purchase date.

CAD File Unlimited Use License
